Beautiful property - the best in the city - with amazing staff.

Some rooms are a bit dated, also Taj should manage the noise levels for guests given there are weddings and other events happening inside their property all the time making it difficult for guests. In this case the staff responded very well and also made sure there was no noise after 10pm.

I stayed three nights. Very comfortable and quiet (considering it was Diwali) room with huge private balcony. Staff all very helpful when needed. Enormous breakfast buffet. All in all, a very comfortable place.

On third night, woken at 1am by TV noise coming through door that connects to another room. Was going to complain to front desk, but noise stopped.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Dinner buffet was superb too. All items were changed to suit different palates. Staff was superb and courteous and very helpful. Rooms were well ventilated and quite large. Biggest surprise was the swimming pool. Length was 25 meters but width was also very long. Lovely to swim. All staff was superb . Special mention must be made of Sainath, the Chef, Ambadas, Vikram and Sheetal in restaurant where we spent maximum time for two tasty meals. All in all a wonderful experience.

Vivanta, this is excellent hotel at Aurangabad having in all 63 rooms. There check in is quite fast. On entering they do 'tilak' and welcome you. Your luggage is securely brought to room. Rooms are quite large and 3 beds can fit in. 4th bed is difficult. We stayed in pool facing room. View is quite good. Rooms has all modern amenities required. Only one thing was missing, power point near to bed, hence to charge your mobile you have to put on writing table and not possible near to bed. Bathroom was also neat and clean. There toiletries are also good. If you forget anything, they are ready to provide immediately. They were cleaning the rooms and bathroom twice a day and replace the used items. In case you want immediate cleaning for some reason, taken care immediately. There are few activities they have, pool, carrom, chess, dart game. Need to have more like table tennis and some board game. We have used pool, water is quite clear with perfect chlorine contain so skin is take care of. They provide ball, ring, Frisbee to play in pool. We acknowledge Mr. Kachru at pool, he immediately provided us towels and drinking water and showed the changing room. He has also shown us few photo spots where we can take good photographs and helped us to take photo. They have good gym and spa(we have not used) but quite a few guests were using the same. Hotel is having excellent buffet breakfast spread( We recommend to book hotel with breakfast only). When we first entered there restaurant Latitude for breakfast we were greeted with smile and given a table. They have almost everything for breakfast in veg, non-veg, continental etc. If something like paratha, dosa, sandwich if not there in spread, they are ready to provide immediately. It is showing signs of aging ! Need to change few things like upholstery etc. white marble floors / steps needs to be cleaned regularly ! Not complaining. Though

The staff were really friendly but not overly well trained for a 5 star property.

The facilities are very used and maintenance lacks attention to detail. Not very Taj.

The hotel is very nice and clean. All the staff was amazing. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they even made a cake for him and decorated our room with flowers and balloons :). Thank you again!

Everything was excellent - room, food, service and general facilities. In addition, the hotel arranged a car to transport us to and from the airport as well as to the Ellora caves and Daulatabad fort. We could not have had a better stay.

Everything was beyond expectation considering first stay at a Vivanta. From room size, to grounds to general ambiance of the place, it was more than what we could have have expected.
